I am working with so many amazing designers right now that I just don’t know what to do with myself. How will I ever use all  their amazing clothing in my shoots?! I love all of them and they each lend a unique characteristic and style to their lines. I’ve been working on 5 as we speak and I’m going to do a large post with a bit about each of them right now….so hold on to your seat. Cuteness overload begins now!

First up, Muchalinga! What a fun name.  It just sounds like fun, laughing kiddos to me! The brightness of Isabel’s fabrics, patterns and designs are so fun in photography.  She has great options for removable flowers and the “peasant dress” with those amazing little sleeves are so much fun! Check her etsy store out…too cute.

NEXT UP: Jessie Girls Clothing designed and owned by Vicki! SO CUTE! I adore the pettiskirt with the matching knitted scarf. It has the cutest little detailed flowers at the end of it. Perfect for Christmas pictures!  However, the amazing fall dress has so many fun textures and patterns it. Vicki has definately created a flair all of her own with this one. AND, and adorable perk, she sells the little shirt with the AMAZING flower cuffs as well. It goes perfect with the pettiskirt as well as the rest of her line. Click on her name to see her etsy store!

AND…I thought I’d throw this last one in for “funsies”. Its never easy working with wee little ones…getting them happy, to sit still so you don’t have a blurred image, metering correctly for their little fast moving hands, AND trying to do all this while you’re thinking about the million other things that go into a good, healthy, manually metered image that will portray your clients clothing line the way they’d like it portrayed. Here’s my little one basically telling me that if I say another word to her or tell her to stand right there and not to throw the ample amount of rocks around her one more time, she’s firing me as a mother. Its a bit blurry and not the best image as far as photography goes, but it makes me laugh out loud, and that’s priceless to me. Who knows, maybe it works as a “Christmas image….You better watch out, Santa claus is comin to town” type of feel!

I’ve already done a spring post, but here is a peak at her fall line. Lush, thick amazing wintery fabrics, perfect for a little girlie girl! This wrap is amazing! And the little velour dress is so SO cute with its “bell” sleeves and big black bow!

Look at that lush pink fur…with the zebra stripes! Are you kidding me with how cute that is!

AND, last but not least, my new Australian friend, Mya from Purple Blossoms!  She has way too many cute dresses in her store right now. To me, this had “summer picnic” or “tea party” written all over it. ADORABLE! I shot these awhile ago of My Sage for her and forgot to get them up on my blog. SORRY MYA!

Here’s Sage trying to look like America’s Next To Model….Fierce Sage, fierce!

AND, a few with a vintage feel and look. Love it! Great for young girls, but pair them with a jean jacket and leggings and you’ve got yourself an “tween look”! Love it.

Its official…she’s amazing! Meet the style and creation’s of Judy, owner and designer behind EmmiFaye Designs. I hope it goes without saying that I only take portraits and support designers that have superb quality. EmmiFaye is no exception. I was giddy when these fabulous pieces came in the mail….and now I’m even more giddy that they will be in my studio to use for clients. Regardless, her attention to detail is truly fabulous. Infact, this first picture just might be my new favorite of my little Pixie….and so much has to do with the dress. The colors are soft, yet saturated and crisp. The quality of fabric and detail work is great, and the overall design is adorable! I would  be overjoyed if little people showed up for a shoot in her clothing! You are one talented Lady, Miss Judy!

SO….Go check her other fabulous designs out at EmmiFaye Designs! You will only be thrilled! She also has a baby store on etsy as well!

What do you get when amazing designers come together? Even MORE amazing designs! I’ve had the fabulous opportunity to own and use Krystin’s adorable children’s line in my studio over the past year. Eliza Kate NEVER dissapoints!  She is an amazing woman and talented seamstress. Her clothing is always top notch…her designs are always adorable! However, this year, she’s teamed up with an equally amazing company, Nuxiemade, to design fabulous hats to go with her clothing. I love being one of the photographers that gets to capture the essence of their work through my lens! Here are a few of their pieces from their amazing fall line! I love the naustalgic, vintage inspired feel of the fabric….and had to go a bit “vintage” myself with my editing for these.  Click on their names to head to their ETSY stores OR head to the end of the post for their blogs!  Their full fall lines will be out shortly!

AND….a bit of the vintage touch. There’s something about this color blue that just makes me think vintage. Add the birdcages and flowers….and you’ve got yourself a little slice of  ‘yesteryear’ retro love!

AND…a “dream…vintage feeling” black and white that I think might just need to be printed for my home as well! What is it with me and serious, pouty pictures? I adore them!

I don’t get the chance to photograph people from my home town very often. So, its a pleasure when people in this beautiful place really realize how amazing it is. AND, its even better when they say something to the affect of…”we have this really old truck that I think you might like, lots of weeds, and a few acres of really cool property behind our home.”  Thus, up next, two cutie little ladies, two good lookin parents, and one VERY cool truck.

AND…when you have a cool truck like this, how can you not do some “vintage love” with a bit of a pop. It was nice to get back to my roots….manipulating the heck out of a picture!  Ahhh….texture, saturation, the perfect little look…Too much fun….
